We begin with a gastrique of ripe mango and locally sourced, farm direct honey, then blend in lacto-fermented Helios Habanero grown within 100 miles of our kitchen. It may be hard to believe, but Minnesota grows some of the most fragrant and flavorful habaneros in the states. With only 7 ingredients it takes a disciplined approach to make this sauce sing and we think it hits every note.
