Golden Chicken Curry

Ingredients Method

Ingredients

• 1 Head of Cabbage, sliced
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
• 1 bag of frozen Pearl Onions
• 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs, cut into chunks
• 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
• 1 Tbsp Gold Digger
• 1 can Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Rice
• 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup Water
• 2 pinches Salt

Method

1. Cut and combine all ingredients in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
2. Cook on manual for 20 minutes.
3. Add Salt and Gold Digger to taste.
