Method

  1. Clean and cut the shrimp into bit-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the shrimp, lime juice and Another Bad Investment in a glass bowl, mixing thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. While shrimp is marinating, clean and prepare all other ingredients.
  4. After the 30 minutes, add the jalapeño, cilantro, tomato and garlic to the shrimp and mix well. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over tostadas or with your favorite tortilla chips.
