Method
- Clean and cut the shrimp into bit-sized pieces.
- Combine the shrimp, lime juice and Another Bad Investment in a glass bowl, mixing thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- While shrimp is marinating, clean and prepare all other ingredients.
- After the 30 minutes, add the jalapeño, cilantro, tomato and garlic to the shrimp and mix well. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Serve over tostadas or with your favorite tortilla chips.
