Method
- Mix water, vinegar and salt in a bowl or bottle until the salt dissolves. Set aside.
- Wash cucumbers and stuff into mason jar up to the tapered neck of the jar.
- Add dill seed and garlic.
- Pour pickling liquid into mason jar up to the tapered neck of the jar.
- Add Bailout hot sauce.
- Wedge 1/4 of an onion into the neck of the jar to prevent the cucumbers from floating above liquid.
- Flip the mason jar cap white side up and loosely tighten the cap.
- Place in fridge for two weeks or until it reaches the desired state.
- Will keep well in the fridge for 2 months.
Note: Substitue pickling cucumbers for spears if needed.
