Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 C). Lightly grease 9-inch square or round baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking powder and High & Dry Pepper Mash. Make a well in the dry ingredients and stir in the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Drizzle with Bear Market Hot Honey
