Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 C). Lightly grease 9-inch square or round baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking powder and High & Dry Pepper Mash. Make a well in the dry ingredients and stir in the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Drizzle with Bear Market Hot Honey
