Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix water, vinegar and salt in a bowl or bottle until the salt dissolves. Set aside.
  2. Wash cucumbers and stuff into mason jar up to the tapered neck of the jar.
  3. Add dill seed and garlic.
  4. Pour pickling liquid into mason jar up to the tapered neck of the jar.
  5. Add Bailout hot sauce.
  6. Wedge 1/4 of an onion into the neck of the jar to prevent the cucumbers from floating above liquid.
  7. Flip the mason jar cap white side up and loosely tighten the cap.
  8. Place in fridge for two weeks or until it reaches the desired state.
  9. Will keep well in the fridge for 2 months.

Note: Substitue pickling cucumbers for spears if needed.
