Join us for the 2024 Pepper & The Spoon hot sauce competition, festival and market at Back Channel Brewing on Lake Minnetonka.

What started as the dream of a community of hot sauce makers who shared notes, ideas and pepper growing tips online has been given a place to call home. Hot sauces will be judged in 4 categories leading up to that days event by a series of local chefs, brewers and food celebrities. Winners will be announced during the event and some of the best hot sauce makers in the midwest will be there to sell their products and provide samples.

With each beverage purchased the customer will receive one vote for their favorite business at the market. The market will wrap up at 5pm just in time to turn your focus to the brewery’s outdoor Jumbotron for the Kentucky Derby.
